Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is free of pet hair and odors.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
