Omnipaque 300 is a sterile iohexol injection USP 65% radiopaque contrast medium delivering organically bound iodine 300 mg/mL. Each mL contains 647 mg iohexol along with tromethamine and edetate calcium, and it is preservative-free. Supplied in 50 mL single-dose polypropylene bottles in a 10-vial pack, it is intended for subarachnoid and intravascular use. The solution must be protected from light for product integrity.
