Sandoz Dorzolamide Ophthalmic Solution 2% is a prescription antiglaucoma agent for ophthalmic use. Each mL contains 20 mg dorzolamide (as 22.3 mg dorzolamide hydrochloride), in a convenient 5 mL bottle. The formula includes benzalkonium chloride 0.0075% as a preservative with hydroxyethyl cellulose, mannitol, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH), and water for injection.
